Bookings & Payment

A 50% retainer is required to secure your session date, with the remaining balance due on the day of your shoot. Your booking is not confirmed until the retainer has been received. Session dates and times are allocated on a first come, first served basis.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

I understand plans change. If you need to reschedule, please give as much notice as possible and I'll do my best to find a new date that works. Retainers are non refundable but can be transferred to a new session date within a reasonable timeframe.

Consent & Image Usage

No image is ever published, shared, or used in marketing without your written consent. You will always be asked, after your session, how you'd like your images used, whether that's kept entirely private or shared publicly, and your decision will be fully respected. A non disclosure agreement is available on request for clients who would like additional peace of mind.

Image Delivery

Galleries are delivered privately via Pic-Time within the agreed turnaround time of 7 days. Access is limited to you unless you choose to share it.

Session Conduct

All sessions are conducted professionally and respectfully. You're welcome to bring a support person if that helps you feel more comfortable. Any request to end a session early will be respected without question.

Copyright

I retain copyright of all images as the photographer. This does not affect your consent rights around how your images are used or shared.

Liability

While every care is taken during sessions, SBJ Boudoir is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury occurring during a shoot outside of reasonable photographer control.
